The House of Brandenburg-Prussian History is forum for living history. The House of Brandenburg-Prussian History opened in December 2003 in the former Royal Carriages Garage in the historic center of Potsdam: the Neuer Markt square (New Market). The exhibits and events in the house will acquaint the visitor with the history of Brandenburg, Prussia, and Potsdam, and the Neuer Markt square with its originally-preserved historic architecture will be an ideal place for the visitor to begin a stroll through the center of Potsdam. There is an underground parking lot at the Neuer Markt square.
