The Potsdam-Golm Science Park
The Potsdam-Golm Science Park is one the "cleverest" locations in the state of Brandenburg. The Biotech Campus
The Potsdam Biotech Campus is located just minutes away from the main train station and is situated on the Hermannswerder peninsula, which is surrounded by the Havel River. The Biotechnology Center consists of four historical buildings and one modern one, comprising 11,400 m² meters of space for laboratories, offices and a greenhouse. All of the laboratories are authorized as S1 labs and have the structural prerequisites to qualify as S2 labs.
The Hermannswerde peninsula, with its park-like atmosphere set against a natural background, provides outstanding surroundings for scientific work. Located directly next to the campus buildings is the Insel Hotel, among other things, and a separate conference center. The performance spectrum of the companies settled here is multi-faceted and ranges from green biotechnology and the development of vaccines and pharmaceutical active ingredients, to commissioned pre-clinical research and medical technology. All together there are more than 200 people employed at this location.

Potsdam-Babelsberg Industrial Park (GiP)
The Potsdam-Babelsberg Industrial Park is in the immediate vicinity of the Babelsberg Film Park and Potsdam-Babelsberg Media City. This location consists of 21 buildings and has over 100,000 m² meters of floor space divided into three main areas: halls (44.000 m²), service (14,700 m²), and office (62,000 m²). The territory lies next to the 4-lane Nutheschnellstraße city-highway, which has a connecting ramp leading to the A 115 highway (called the Avus). The road network around this location is superb; it's easy to reach both Berlin's inner city and also to connect to Berlin's beltway highway system from here, which branches off into all directions. The site is easy to reach around the clock, thanks to Potsdam's excellent public transport system, which includes the Medienstadt / Drewitz train stop and several bus stops, located right around the corner.

Babelsberg Industry and Trade Quarter
The Babelsberg Industry and Trade Quarter is located in the immediate vicinity of the Media-City and city center of Babelsberg. This is an historical site of industry and commerce. The location of the Quarter is attractive because it lies close to Potsdam's city center and also to metropolitan Berlin. The floor space available here is contoured to companies operating in various areas, including handcrafts, processing trades, service and wholesaling.

The Potsdam-Fahrland Industrial and Trade Center
The Potsdam-Fahrland industrial and Trade Center offers trade floor space, refrigeration storage-, warehouse-, and office space on a scale of around 23,000 m². The buildings are situated on an approximately 10-ha territory that is surrounded by a sturdy fence. The buildings can be used in groups or individually. The whole area is guarded by a security company. The streets, sidewalks and open areas on the site are paved and cover an area of 42,000 m². The office floor space was thoroughly renovated in 1999 and 2000. The useable commercial/industrial floor space ranges from 20 to 2,200 m² and are 2.5 to 11.0 m high. The driving conditions are good even for forklifts. Warehouses can be used as single buildings or in groups. The entire territory is guarded by a security company.

The South-Potsdam industrial Park
The South-Potsdam industrial Park is situated to the southeast of the city, bordering directly on the neighboring community of Bergholz-Rehbrücke and Potsdam-Mittelmark. The area comprises approximately 114 hectares and is home to around 150 companies, which employ more than 2,000 people. A notable characteristic of this industrial park is that it has a technical infrastructure that is very well equipped with all the necessary facilities and installations needed for successful business dealings. In addition, highway A 115 is easily accessible from here. What is more, Potsdam is a mere 5 km away and it's only 30 km to central Berlin.
