Citizen Service Centre East

The second location of the Citizen Service Centre on Edisonallee has been open since 1 December 2025. The following services are not available at this location, but only at the main location on Yorckstraße:

Provisional documents (identity card/passport)
Entry of a legal representative in the passport

Please note: Payment is by EC card – cash payments are not possible!

Citizen Service Centre without appointment

On 1 December 2025, the counters for walk-in visits without appointment were moved from the Wilhelmgalerie to the main location on Yorckstraße.

For urgent matters, please report to the information desk at Yorckstraße 22. You will receive a waiting number with a specific time slot.
