Enforcement Procedure

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your request or do not receive a response within three weeks from the above contact options, you can submit a corresponding application for the review of the regulations and measures mentioned in the accessibility statement to the enforcement office of the State of Brandenburg, established at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Integration and Consumer Protection of the State of Brandenburg - State Disability Commissioner. The enforcement office will review the application for its substantive validity and may order a technical review by the monitoring office for accessibility of web and application technologies in the State of Brandenburg for the website.

The enforcement office under § 4 para. 3 BbgBITV is responsible for resolving disputes between people with disabilities and public authorities of the State of Brandenburg regarding accessibility in IT. The enforcement procedure is free of charge. Legal representation is not required.
