The Equal Opportunities Officer, Claudia Sprengel, is the contact person for all residents of Potsdam regarding gender-related issues. Additionally, she promotes the active implementation of equality in the State Capital Potsdam.

The Commissioner for People with Disabilities promotes the participation, inclusion, and co-determination of people with disabilities in the State Capital Potsdam.

Within the municipality, the Commissioner for Migration and Integration, Dr. Amanda Palenberg, promotes awareness of the shared integration process and advocates for the social, economic, and cultural participation of migrants in Potsdam.

The Commissioner for Children's and Youth Interests, Stefanie Buhr, represents the interests of children and young people in Potsdam and simultaneously promotes the active implementation of the initiative 'Child- and Youth-Friendly Municipality Potsdam.
