Additionally:

• She develops concepts and ideas on how to eliminate existing disadvantages for women and men locally,
• She participates in projects, decisions, programs, and measures that impact equality,
• She advises members of the City Council and the leadership of the city administration on all measures from a gender equality perspective,
• She prepares statements on council proposals from a gender-related viewpoint,
• She is involved in recruitment processes within the city administration,
• She supports and initiates projects to eliminate structural disadvantages for women,
• She works politically for women and girls and their local representatives and supports their networking,
• She represents the interests of individuals with same-sex lifestyles, bisexuals, and transgender individuals,
• She engages in active public relations to promote general awareness.
