Meeting friends, playing games, having fun - where better than in one of the 29 leisure-time facilities for young people and teenagers in the city? They are here to cater to the young generation and offer a wide range of activities extending from youth clubs and artistic and theatrical workshops, to the Urania planetarium. The young people have the opportunity here to relax, to learn, or to play various sports. You can work on something creative and artistic, try out your own ideas in the media, or join in on a weekend or holiday tour together.

There is also a co-ordination office for children's and youth sports, one adventure playground with supervision by instructors, and two youth hostels. Each year a 'summer holiday passport' is issued, which allows participation in various events plus entrance to things like museums at reduced rates.
